The agricultural industry is facing unprecedented challenges, from climate change to food security to the need for increased sustainability. To address these challenges, we need a new generation of leaders who are equipped with the skills and knowledge to navigate complex systems and inspire collective action.

The Pathways to Collective Leadership in Agriculture program at Texas A&M AgriLife is designed to develop these essential leadership skills. The program brings together a cohort of emerging leaders from across the agricultural sector, including farmers, ranchers, agribusiness professionals, and government employees.
